This class is designed to help participants learn to view falls and the fear of falling as controllable, set realistic goals for increasing activity, change their environment to reduce fall risk and promote exercise to increase strength and balance.

This is a 90-minute class presented by Valley Caregiver Resource Center, Seva Hospice, and Reedley Senior Center. This class helps family caregivers recognize the value of community connections for resources and support. With many support options available knowing where to look can make it easier.
