“Home care vs Home Health” is a 90-minute class presented by Valley Caregiver Resource Center. Getting help within the home can be a complicated task. There are so many questions. Is anything covered under medical insurance? If so, what is covered and how do we access coverage? How much does it cost? What training does the staff get? Do they get background checks? If I do not like the person, can I change? What is the process to start bringing someone into the home? As you can see there are a-lot of questions and so many more.
