This class teaches self-care skills, enabling caregivers to reduce personal stress, change negative thinking, better communicate with healthcare providers, and make difficult caregiving decisions.

Learn when to prepare for the transition into hospice, how you qualify for hospice, what happens when your loved one is on hospice, and much more.

They will answer questions such as: When should I start planning for my loved one’s placement? How do I prepare for placement? Does insurance cover placement? What kind of placement should I consider? When should I consider it?

Whether it’s the caregiver or their loved one who is part of the community (or both), this class will provide tips on behavior management, discrimination advocacy, and future planning.

We will be reading “Dear Caregiver It’s Your Life Too”. Register Online and once address is verified we will mail out the book to the client (will receive the link in their email).
