CA Silver Alert Program- Help For Individuals Who Wander

Detective John Overstreet from the Fresno PD, Family Justice Bureau-Elder Abuse Unit, will be reviewing the Silver Alert System, when to call the police for help when your loved one goes missing and preventive measures caregivers can take when you have a loved one who wander.
